Conditions and exceptions
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from headphones planet, you can return it to us or exchange it in one of the following ways:
1- Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged online or exclusively at headphones planet listed below. This within 14 days of purchase.
2- The article must not have been worn or broken.
3- An item can not be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
– How to make a return in store for purchases made online?
1- The original packing slip.
2- If you have paid your purchase by PayPal, the amount of the return will be refunded by PayPal.
3- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
4- Any merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn or broken, the product ticket must still be attached.
5- Sales are final for corporal products and items sold for the benefit of planet headphones.
